Transparency and Care

In line with the data protection act any personal info is stored securely and deleted after one month.

All orders must be paid in full before an item is sent. Customers are protected by my Business Paypal.

Personalised orders can not be returned unless the product is faulty. Great care is taken to make sure personalised items are as the customer requires before being sent out.

A standard 30 day return policy for damaged or defective items.
